Refund Policy

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, you may be eligible for an exchange. If an exchange is not available, you may request a return for a full refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase and will be issued once the item has been received back at our warehouse. Please allow 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.

International orders are not eligible for returns; however, if you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us and we will issue a refund accordingly.

All damages must be reported within 10 business days of the delivery date.

* Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final. Once an order is confirmed, cancellations, changes, or modifications cannot be processed.
