Sharing accounts and sign-in credentials is highly discouraged for security reasons. Creating an account is fast, easy, and secure thanks to two-step verification.
Inform the Dell Security Team and change the password of both your email and Dell accounts.

Two-step verification

Two-step verification is an additional security measure that requires users to complete two different methods of authentication before accessing their account: entering a password and a code. This helps prevent unauthorized access to your account.
When signing in, a 6-digit code will be sent to your registered email address from [email protected] with subject "Dell One-time Password." Enter this code within 10 minutes of receiving it.
After signing in on a device that you trust, like a personal laptop, you can select "Don't ask for codes on this device.” to skip two-step verification for 30 days when signing in from that device and browser.
After selecting this, you will only have to complete two-step verification if:
  • You sign in on a different browser
  • Your browser upgrades
  • Your device's operating system upgrades
  • You remove or block Dell's essential cookies, which can be managed in the Privacy Center.
After signing in, add your phone number in your account's Profile Settings, then change your default verification method to text messages in Security Settings.
Your email provider must receive and process emails before they can be delivered to you. If you are waiting for the code by text, ensure you have a strong cellular signal. If you consistently experience a delay, contact your email provider or phone carrier.
Once you are signed in, go to your account and select “Profile Settings.”
