Some Spiceworks tools use or offer Spiceworks email service as a component. Nevertheless, the Spiceworks status web page, https://status.spiceworks.com/ , does not include this service in its monitoring. So please add monitoring of this Spiceworks email service to the Spiceworks status web page.
