Add Spiceworks Database Services to Spiceworks Status Web Page

Spiceworks uses database services in several of its tools. Nevertheless the Spiceworks status web page, https://status.spiceworks.com/ , does not include these Spiceworks database services in its monitoring, despite reporting that an update to some Spiceworks database services will be the cause of broad service unavailability for the planned and announced maintenance window on 27 October 2022, later this week. So please add monitoring of Spiceworks Database services to the Spiceworks status web page.
