Fixes

Users upgrading from a prior version noticed that either their dashboard was blank or that the loader would freeze around 90%. This hotfix handles both of those issues.

The simple answer is that we’re currently using SHA1 instead of SHA256. We’re in the process of changing that, but until then you can check out this quick workaround .

Unfortunately still no joy. Got a full circle at install and a full circle after logging in but then nada- no dashboard. Rebooted- still no dashboard.

Can both of you reply with screenshots of your Javascript console? I’m wondering if you’re getting the same error as before.

im getting the same issue with the dashboard. its is just blank with nothing. What section of the javascript are you looking to see?

I need to see the Developer console in the browser you’re using, not the Javascript source code.

Sorry- as one of only two tech support staff for our system I don’t have time for continued troubleshooting (though I truly don’t mind doing it when I have time) so I had to cut and run. I uninstalled/reinstalled. Started up perfectly. Fortunately I only have about ten servers so restoring things wasn’t too bad.

After the last version upgrade I had no dashboard, just a white screen. I think that was a couple of weeks ago +/=-.

I just did the most recent upgrade and the dashboard is working. Yay!

Found a little bug with the graphs. If leaving the window open for 1-2 hours the graphs values in the lower right chart start to float away. Refreshing the page corrects that.
