1.5.00113
Fixes:
79702 - spiceworkseventprocessor service will not stop/restart
81435 - Offline alerts not clearing unless device is removed and re-added
We also upgraded the backend to reduce the likelihood of problems proxying alert emails (this to help prevent issues like one we experienced a few weeks ago where Network Monitor alert emails were failing to send, globally).

Does this fix the non-appearing graphs?
I’ve been kind of holding till I was sure that was fixed.

How’d you know I was thinking about this today? Jackpot.

Hi Dan, are you referring to the issues you posted about here? Network Monitor - new weirdness
That should be resolved in this new build via the fix for 81435.
Hi Ben,
I have installed the latest version.
I am getting barber poles on my devices.
It appears that event processor service is not starting.
I have tried to manually start it but it fails.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Scott

Hi,
I cannot seem to remove any devices. I am trying to do this because none of them are showing any details.
Please help!

Hi,
Any feedback from early adapters is greatly appreciated! From what i can see, someone already ran into some issues.
I’m really eager to install bc the alerts not clearing issue is driving me up the wall

Cannot install this version to see if it fixes the issues with no graphs. I am running Spiceworks Network Monitor version 1.5.00115.
The newest version that was just released has a version number (1.5.00113) lower than the version that I had downloaded from a forum posting from one of your developers. This version information was taken from the lower right hand corner of my network monitor settings page. Nothing works at present.
Due to this version number issue, I am unable to install this version to see if it fixes anything. Please help. Thanks.
Hi JasonBrown1977, I checked with Tim on this - the 00115 build is identical to the 00113 build, so you don’t need to try to downgrade/reinstall to get to 00113. You can stay where you are. Sorry for the confusion!
No worries, thank you for the information. However I seem to have the issue with no graphs at all. Nada works. Anything I can provide to try to help with this?
Gotcha - we can help you with that as well. This might be a new issue. Let’s open a support case - shoot us an email to
