I have a Cloud PC and it is automatically Azure joined as we all know. But can I still login using different use Microsoft account from different tenant?

Yes you can, but there are caveats and I would wonder why you would need to login to the device as another tenant rather than login as one with permissions to another.

You can log in with a user from a different tenant if:

  • The external user is invited as a guest in the tenant that owns the Cloud PC.
  • The guest user is granted the necessary permissions (e.g., assigned to the Cloud PC or a relevant group).
  • Conditional Access policies and cross-tenant access settings allow it.
  • You cannot log in with a completely unrelated Microsoft account (like a personal @outlook.com or @gmail.com) unless it has been explicitly added as a guest and granted access.
  • You cannot use a different tenant’s account without proper cross-tenant configuration.
