I need to cover first floor with about 15, 2nd floor 11 folks and warehouse (30,000 sq ft). I read some good things about Ubiquiti. I need a solution that i can manage (setup guest wireless etc.) and is a set it and forget it kinda deal. I just threw 2 Netgear routers out of the 2nd floor window. Big Bonus if they are not too expensive…am I asking too much? (Ipads, Androids, Iphones and laptops with wireless cards)

2 Spice ups

I’ve used Cisco (autonomous), and Linksys/ddwrt in the past. I just switched to Ubiquity and so far they’re great. Still can’t believe how cheap they are for the performance / featureset.

I bought from Baltic Networks in Chicago, because they were the closest reseller. Quick shipping, no problems.

Ubiquiti is one of the best values when it comes to wireless networking.

Ruckus Wireless and their technology provide great enterprise WLAN performance (speed & coverage) but can be a bit pricey.

Meraki provides the easiest to setup & administer wireless system, but you will have to pay for the web based controller service for each AP annually.

1 Spice up

Aerohive is another good company that produces some very headache free WAPs.

One of the benefits of Aerohive is that you can on-site the management console, and do not have to worry about a company going out business, and leaving you high and dry with no way to administer their WAPs (like Meraki).

ditto what Cazi says

Ubiquiti is the best for the budget

Ruckus is just the best period
