You just need to stop the Spiceworks service, delete the db and data folders in your Spiceworks installation directory, unzip the backup, copy its contents to the location of your Spiceworks installation, and restart the Spiceworks service.

Make sure you are restoring your Spiceworks backup to the same version or close to it in versions.
