Hi,

i had used an earlier version of the spiceworks & i had scheduled backups on the server. Now i re-installed to a newer version. i need to restore my backed up data back to the new version.

please help me

if you stop all of your spiceworks services on your computer, then extract all of the data files from your backup to a tmp location. Once you have done that simply copy and replace the data files in the spice works installation directory such as c:\Program Files\Spiceworks\

Restart spiceworks and then do a full network scan.
