Is the display bug with help desk ticket notes a known thing fixed in this release? I couldn’t really find anything on it with an (admittedly) quick forum search. Basically, in ticket notes, whole words will wrap to the next line, like so in the crudely drawn blue lines bring attention to lol:

This is running build 7.4.00059 and this happens from any browser.

Actually, maybe this addresses it, from the last build, which is the build after my installation? (I’m 2 behind now, but updating as we speak) -
62107 better handling of HTML conversion to text

Nope, I just updated to the latest build and the text is still screwy. So there you go…
The 62107 bug was for tickets opened for email, but gave us some overall better formatting. Looks like there are a few things that we missed looking at that screenshot. Please open a Support Ticket so we can get more details on it

Hi,
Take a look at this post: upgraded to 7.4.00065, word wrap in tickets .
Looks like the problem was with a plugin, which has been updated.

Hey Jaime! So I updated the plugin, but the word wrap issue still occurred. The first go around, I tried disabling it, but the issue persisted. It wasn’t until I removed the app that the issue went away. Then I tried to re-install (because why not lol), but the issue came back. Looks like I’ll have to leave it off of my install for the time being. Feature request - allow editing ticket comments natively
Thanks guys!!

I agree. Same here, E-mail is broken.
When adding time worked, you could add a value and then press the tab key and submit. Now when pressing tab, it jumps to the tech name instead, completely missing the submit button
I have noticed if I have two tickets created then decide one should be a sub-ticket of the other and Attach it, the now sub-ticket is unassigned.
Unfortunately I have also noticed if a technician replies into a sub-ticket then closes it removes the ticket from being a sub-ticket and closes. The only way to re-attach is to mute, re-open, attach, re-assign (because it auto-unassignes), then close.
Updated: I have been able to figure out that this only happens if I have put the master ticket on Waiting on user.
