Would you please explain what that means?

For our app developers, we improved our canvas support, its more robust now. I’ll reword that release notes, as its kind of confusing

This seems to have done something to our ticket views in the helpdesk app. We can recreate the special ones, but at least right now we can’t open/show the standard ticket views either - such as “unassigned tickets” or “my tickets”. Is this something that needs to be fixed, or do you think it’s something in our Spiceworks setup?

Could you give me a little more detail on what you are seeing (or not seeing), maybe some screenshots. I double checked our test environment, and the views seem to be loading, so it might be some weird data or something that is messing things up.

We had the same issue bdryburgh. Are you running a custom view plugin (My Ticket Views)? We were, then I found this page where custom views are now baked right into Spiceworks. Hi Bill,

Is SW still addressing the Knowledge Base issue? All of our KBs were transferred to the cloud and we were told that SW was working on a way to transfer back to our local install. Does this release address that?
