It’s good to see this is out of beta. Glad I have upgraded yet.

Another update? I love “fixes” but my installation is working fine for what I’m using it for. Is there any compelling reason to always go to the latest if the fixes don’t apply to you?

We have a number of folks that couldn’t update due to a combination of plugins installed. If you didn’t run into an error updating to 7.5.00062, you should be good.

I ran into multiple errors updating from 7.4.0115 to 7.5.00062 and was literally 30 seconds from sending a support ticket to SW. You just made both me and them happy.

Edit: Ok, that problem was due to a plugin, but I’m still seeing RoutingError and Exception in the Production log so I’ve opened a ticket with support.

I assumed as much, but being new to maintaining Spiceworks software I just wanted to make sure that I wasn’t missing a bigger picture. Would hate to skip a bunch of updates and then have to install 5 patches before I can get to a later version down the road.

I found a bug when updating a Report

When you click Save and Run, it saves, but doesn’t Run. I just stays on the edit screen.

Are there any certain combination of plug-ins that we should be concerned with? I will be upgrading from 7.4.0099.

I lost track, was told the fix for #63036 on few minor release after 7.5.

Updated to 7.5.00059 and its still not fix. Please help

Ahh, i’m using this plugin for soo long, that i thought this is default ticket counter for helpdesk :slight_smile:

Can we somehow have some update manager, that show if plugin have newest version??

I’m still having issues with modifying ticket checklists. Is that bug from .62 still not fixed?

I need this(7.5.00063) version - need to revert to it for testing db.

Best bet is to reach out to support, and they should be able to help you out with reverting and getting your db back in the state you need…because we only have one installer available at a time :frowning:

I have old base for SW v.7.5.00063. Maybe it is possible to get the same version SW?
