Sweet deal! When will this be available for download? (My Spiceworks still says it is up to date)

Disregard, I downloaded it straight from the website and it looks like its up to date there, just hasn’t realized it has an update available within Spiceworks  Thanks

Are these updates (patches) included in this patch (update/release) for Apache, OpenSSL and Ruby men’t to patch security vulnerabilities?

If so, it would be nice to identify that and the associated CVE(s). Both here in the release notes as well as in the Spiceworks Security Center.

For the second time today I found out that things weren’t working as expected due to an issue other than me screwing something up. Thanks for the fixes!

Update is still going after 25 minutes.

Sweet! Will be updating soon. Thanks!

Sometimes the browser’s upgrade status bar can hang up - try going to /login to see if the upgrade has completed in the background. That’s an old bug we’ve never been able to repro and fix!

The system is up and we are checking.

Any reason why keeping the old logo on the interface and the tray was changed?

Awesome <3

I’m very much looking forward to version 8.0, but thanks for taking the time to fix some bugs in 7.5 - very appreciated here!

The component (OpenSSL, Apache, Ruby) updates do patch security vulnerabilities, but we do not independently track vulnerabilities for the components using our own versioning/identifiers - the best place to reference the info is at the source.

Here’s source info on the CVE’s made publicly available by the creators/maintainers for each component:

Can you give me a screen cap of where? I must be blind to it from looking at my desktop too much.

Are there any special prerequisites to take care of before this update (as it contains changes in many components: Apache/Ruby/SSL/Spiceworks App)?
