Rerun Helpdesk Configuration Wizard

Hello everyone,

Just a very quick and simple question. I’ve recently setup Spiceworks on a test server and ran the IT Helpdesk Configuration Wizard and chose not to use a POP mailbox. The helpdesk works fine but I want to know how I can rerun the wizard should I choose to use a POP mailbox.

Is the wizard a “one time” run and you can never re-run it again?!?

Click the Settings Tab, then the Email subtab. In the first paragraph you’ll see an option for “Help Desk Wizard”. Click that and you’re good to go.
