New user here so please bear with me. Where is the settings for help desk, or is there a setting, which only allows the person assigned to a ticket the ability to close the ticket. We do not want any users or administrators the ability to close any tickets unless the ticket was assigned to them.

Users can only close their own tickets, admin can close any, and techs can only close tickets assigned to them
