Hello very new to your system but i must say its very well thought out and kudos to the system i can see a ton of hard word and effort was put into this.
Now to my question we have probably about 40 workstations in our office but when running a scan from my desktop its only picking up 16???
Should i be running a scan from one of the servers or something diffrent i do have admin rights to everything and cant quite figure it out.

Are the rest of the systems showing up in the Unknowns group? If so, you may be able to identify them using some of the steps here: http://community.spiceworks.com/help/Resolving_Unknown_Devices.
You may also not have Windows WMI configured correctly. See this link for more: http://community.spiceworks.com/help/How_Do_I_Reconfigure_WMI_To_Work_Properly%3F
Spiceworks has the capacity to pick up most of your devices, but sometimes it takes a little more configuration.
