Done already. Awaiting their feedback upon sending them the logs.

Hey Jerry,

Thanks for sending your logs over. In reviewing, I’m seeing an SSL error when your Spiceworks app tries to connect back to our servers when you are logging in. Here’s the error from your production.log files:

I[12:50:33.09 237534] community user jerry.lastname@domain.com authorization request to https://frontend.spiceworks.com/app/

F[12:50:33.81 237534]

OpenSSL::SSL::SSLError (SSL_connect SYSCALL returned=5 errno=0 state=SSLv3 read server hello A):

Do you know if SSL is blocked on your network? If so, you’ll need to set an exception for Spiceworks so the app can connect back to our servers here. If its not being blocked, this could be a proxy issue. To configure the proxy, browse to localhost/wizard/proxy from the machine that is running Spiceworks.

Write back and let me know how that all goes!

Thank you for the prompt response.

I have requested our infrastructure team to see if SSL is blocked and got confirmation it isn’t

However, when I am trying to browse the wizard/proxy URL from the machine, it reverts back to the pro_user/login page with a message “invalid invite code”

EDIT: Please note that, it was previously working fine on 1st day of installation. Then it happens to be like this the next day.

Try clearing your cache and trying that URL again. If it still doesn’t work, or re-directs you, try it in a different browser.
