Spiceheads, itsumi! With Another sPIcy Step Challenge Starting Monday 3/10, aka Mar10 day!
If this sounds like your thing, grab a fork and your sneakers and join us as we embark on this pi-themed step challenge! :pie:

Here’s all the Challenge Details:

  • When: March 10-14, 2025

  • How to Join: We’ll be using the Pacer app to track our steps, but even if you use don’t use Pacer, you can still earn a badge*. You can sign up here → sPIcy Step Challenge: Easy as Pi! from Spicy Community Steppers

  • :pie: And to stay connected and receive invites to future step challenges, be sure to join the Spicy Community Steppers group.

In order to make sure everyone who wants to has a chance to earn their badge, we’ll have you vote in this poll that you were a step challenge participant!

Haha, I see what you did there! It would take me taking a week off to get anywhere close to @Sai-K-Spiceworks’s steps!

The past two challenges I was not at my best. The weekend before the Love Day Ed. one I had a planter fasciitis injury and had to rest, and then the following week I got sick from my toddler. We had our cold weather weeks around those challenges as well. So looking forward to going all out for this one! :athletic_shoe:

Plus @Jamie-Spiceworks has made us the most adorable badges for the step challenges, so it definitely makes it more fun for me!

Perfect timing, going to have warm weather next week. Too bad Sunday isn’t part of it. Have a 5k+ hike planned on that day.

I was down with the flu for the Love Day challenge. And for the challenges I’ve participated in, I’ve received no badges. Sad panda :frowning:

I am not sure what its issue is, but the Pacer app does not like me. I am using Pixel watch 3 with Pixel 6 phone and it uses Fitbit. I tried to get Fitbit to sync with Google Fit so I didn’t need a subscription to the Pacer app. That wasn’t working well, so I started the 7 day premium trial in order to sync directly with Fitbit. That worked initially, but every time it eventually stops syncing and then I must unlink and relink Fitbit to it. There may be another app interfering with it, but I haven’t found that yet.

I’ll probably finish this week with the Pacer app, but if I decide not to do that again, can I simply post screenshots from Fitbit here?

@HulkSmash I haven’t seen an update from you on this step challenge. Are you waiting for the rest of us to post our steps and then dropping the hammer with your impressive display of steppage? :rofl: :man_walking:

I hope so as I use my Garmin watch to track my steps. Pretty sure that @Tamara-Spiceworks said that was ok.

I’m sure it is. The challenge is a bit of a competition, right? I was simply curious about the steppers that are not using the pacer app.

Perhaps too far of a stretch, but is there a way to add a feature for this to Spiceworks? Integrated with step trackers seems unnecessary, but a way for each user to post their daily steps in the post?
