Somebody recommended her “how to build an IT Service provider” training / marketing program to me a few years ago, but I ended up getting a full time offer. I’m now working with a friend who may want to move in that direction - anyone have any experience with her company & or materials?

From the parts Ive seen, its a very aggressive program to build the MSP.

In my smaller town, I think Ive seen a company try to implement it. I say ‘Think’ because their marketing materials look virtually identical but I haven’t confirmed it with them.

Because its a smaller town, and not U.S. the business mindset is a little different. I was called into a business to do some work specifically because the owner didn’t want to deal with this other company and their ‘BS’.

So, I think it may be useful, but it would be worth considering your target market. From what I saw, it is based on the basic marketing rules of targeting peoples insecurities and fear with technology and pushing the service (NOTE: before I get flamed, I saw three pieces of marketing material - that’s all my opinion is based on.)

Not sure if that helps or not.

I know many MSPs and MSP experts who swear by her stuff. Remember she provides MSP marketing information, not how to build an MSP business. She can help you grow your MSP business if you can deliver what you are marketing.

I have not used but have researched quite a bit. They provide all the marketing template but you have to implement it. It’s a little costly but some folks swear by it.

Its an extremly comprehensive system…for those who take some parts of it and run on their own it shows some sucess. For those who really stick to the agenda and concentrate on the program its a winner. Not inexpensive but worth the trouble if you are serious about marketing (which is something most tech guys are not good at!)
