Our backup device is nearing 3 years old and I am looking to renew support - but not at the very pricey Platinum level. Is there any other choice ?

Tim - Thanks for choosing Unitrends! Currently, we only offer Platinum support. Over the years, we’ve offered different support options, but ultimately, customer satisfaction waned for customers who didn’t have the Platinum level since they had to be aware of what hours they were calling into support to avoid additional fees, SLAs were longer for replacement appliances following a disaster, and any after-hours support call costs when added to their actual support contract costs usually totaled more than the cost of having Platinum support. We’re always evaluating our offerings, including the levels of support, so I’ve shared your feedback with our team. Please let me know what questions you may have.
