Just wanted to check back in on this, I worked with support years ago hoping that supply scanning of Canon iPF printers would be fixed. As of now, it’s still an issue and they still do not show supplies. No bugs will be fixed in 7.5 unless they are vulnerabilities, many of them are being worked on for the release of V8<\/p>\n

I assumed you was, and you covered the issue in your initial post.<\/p>\n

There will be no V8 version containing bug fixes. Any next thing will be a new code base. The Help Desk has had it’s first Beta for the Common Code Base based off of the Cloud Help Desk, but Inventory is still in infancy.<\/p>\n
