Are you using Open Shell Menu en mass or org wide? How are you fighting bloat and questionable UI changes?

5 Spice ups

I haven’t used it at all. I know some folks love it but with every Windows iteration I’ve left the default start menu and let the users acclimate to the new UI.

Nope, never.

We adapt.

If you pin your most used apps, there’s little reason to be in the menu. I very rarely use it, I don’t even use it for shutdown/restart operations.

I have always used the stock Start Menu. It really only takes a little while to get used to it. It also reduces the chance that a 3rd party program can cause me issues. While the new start menus aren’t perfect, neither are those 3rd party start menu programs. There have been lots of improvement over the years. Windows 11 is the only real step back. I even liked Windows 8 once I got used to it.

Never used it. I am a firm believer in keeping systems as minimal as possible for reliability. this means stock start menus. which has been 100% a non issue. most people never even notice when a change happens

I also never used it. Use Stock menu.
