Hello SpiceHeads, MSPs, Avast partners and fans — a recent update to the Avast Business Cloud Management Console has brought updated reports. You can use these reports to summarize intercepted threats, devices and their statuses, task reports, patch reports, and even an Executive Summary.
But you know what’s cooler? Being able to schedule these reports to deliver on an automated basis. Here’s how.
Step 1: Log into the Avast Business Cloud Management Console and head to Reports.

After you log in at business.avast.com, select the Reports link in the left panel.
Step 2: Review/Browse Reports
You will be taken to the main Reports screen, which shows you the types of reports you can run as well as an overview. Clicking into each of the report types will allow you to browse the reports in the console, or export to spreadsheet or PDF.
Step 3: Schedule a Report to Send Via Email
To schedule a report in Avast Business, click the “Create new schedule” button in the Reports screen.
From here, you can select the desired report and the parameters for the send, including to whom it is sent. (For example, you may set up the Executive Summary to send to your boss on a weekly basis.)
Step 4: Enjoy Automated Reporting from Avast Business

The scheduled reports will be delivered to the recipients, and you should be good to go!
Step 5: Review and Edit Reporting Schedules
To make changes to your report send schedules and their parameters, click on “Go to report schedules.”
Here, you’ll see an overview of your scheduled reports at a glance, as well as the ability to edit them directly from this screen.
Happy reporting!
