Have you ever noticed how American badgers look like they’re about to drag you into a back alley and pull a shiv on you to demand cash for their meth habit?
Whereas European badgers look like they’re about to invite you round for a nice cup of tea and some custard creams at their little cottage in the countryside…

but if we’re play top trumps with badgers , don’t forget the Honey Badger that will eat your custard creams , eat your meth and the shiv will have no effect it and it will take your money!!
Slow day too !

All bad Badgers aside, I hear that these are very intelligent creatures. Some, in fact, are so intelligent that they have opened their own technology businesses.

Oh, and it won’t be a slow day for me. I just happen to be home whilst posting this and it is only a little after 4 a.m.

Early start or very late finish?
On work days I get up at 3:30 a.m. It gives me time to get a few things done around the house, (like SW), get something to eat and then go into work a little early, (when no one is there to bother me and the phone isn’t ringing.) This lets me start my work day smoothing, un-rushed and fully alert. On my days off though, I sleep in until about 5:00 a.m.

The European badgers spend more time dancing while avoiding snakes. The North American badger looks that way because it ate the mushrooms while trying to argue with the snakes.
(waiting for the first person who’s confused by this)

Is it just me or does the European badger look a bit like Pepe le Pew?

You think that’s something, compare American possums to Australian ones. It’s the only instance where Australia has the cute, cuddly version of the animal and someone else has the nightmare fodder.

Thank you!
It’s been a helluva week and you just made it better.

Skunks are in the same family as badgers, so maybe that’s why european badgers look like them. Wolverines are also in the same family and basically just a larger badger. They even eat moose and fight off bears and packs of wolves for kills, might give a honey badger a run for it’s money. Unfortunately they are losing habitat and endangered so attrition due to humans will likely be the actual winner as usual.
Also wouldn’t Chuck Norris be the Chuck Norris of the animal world?
