I was until about a year ago - we didn’t use online but kept on-premise. We never had any issues with our auditors on Spiceworks, nor InvGate where we used the cloud version.<\/p>\n
The biggest reason we switched is that even though we had a common ownership, we had two charters and two AD forests; and for the sake of our small IT staff we wanted a single helpdesk (the other helpdesk we moved from was TrackIT, which was apparently great in the day but had seriously atrophied after being sold).
