For the last 6-7 months, our 3 Barco ClickShare CX-30 units have been frequently disconnecting when using the ClickShare buttons. We’re not sure why this is happening. We’ve reviewed the logs, but they’re very limited and don’t provide much insight.

We’ve tested both Access Point mode and connecting the units to our wireless network through our existing WAPs, but the issue persists. Both the ClickShare app and the Barco units are updated to the latest firmware versions.

One thing to note is when connecting wirelessly using only the ClickShare app (no button involved), everything works well in terms of connection stability. However, in that setup, we experience audio issues such as lag and static.
