In Smallpdf, you can convert any file easily with the free tool. I used this tool long back and fully satisfied.

You may want to consider Adobe DC Pro.

We’ve been very happy with Foxit’s PhantomPDF Business.

I second PhantomPDF. I used it at the last place I worked for a couple of years. It was very easy to use. Three Licenses were $180.00 not sure about pricing now. You could also create PDF fillable forms with Java script to add functions. It is very useful and easy to use.

Another vote for PhantomPDF. Very reasonably priced, super easy to use, and works great.

I use eCopy PDF Pro - actually picked it up to convertpdfs into fillable forms …

I’ve been testing PDF24, it seems solid and it’s free.

This post feels like an ad for PhantomPDF. I thought adobe had a monopoly on the PDF market! Can’t go wrong with Adobe Acrobat Pro though and it’s only £15 per month

Really? There are 10 replies so far (including yours) and only 3 are for Phantom. If it was an ad, it wouldn’t be a very good one

Is that per user? I haven’t looked at Adobe pricing in several years.

I believe so. That’s also with annual commitment. If you pay monthly with no commitment, it’s $25/mo. Standard is $13/mo or $23/mo. Adds up quickly.

Also FWIW my Acrobat power users found PhantomPDF to be far more intuitive than Acrobat, and there was almost no learning curve.
