When you enabled bitlocker, you created a password for recovery and a password file. If hope you will be in luck and obtain the file you can get your password back. I don’t think it’s possible to get the password back from the encrypted volume and I don’t know any third party software that does that.

If there was third-party software that could bypass the recovery key process it would make bitlocker useless as it wouldn’t be trusted for encryption anymore.

What the others are saying politely is that if you don’t have the recovery key saved then you are screwed. there is not way to recover the key. this is by design

Do you write your bitlocker keys back to AD? If you do the key is available in the device properties on the BitLocker Recovery tab. Otherwise we’ve not been successful in finding a good way to recover keys when unknown. There’s a $300 tool that claims to be able to mount an encrypted drive for data access but we’ve haven’t tried it, just taken steps to block it’s ability to work on our computers.

You must reinstall the OS. if you do not have the PIN or recovery key you are SOL unfortunately.
