Hi all,
i’m having issues with a couple of T26P and Busy Lamp Field.
The BLF are not stable and annyoing me for a couple of weeks now. What I tried with the support guys from the SIP-provider:
- Changed the MTU to 1452 in the router
- Went from UDP to TCP and back.
- Firmware is now v70 (cannot change that due to autoprovisioning from the provider) The provider changed a number in the current flashed fw which makes it impossible to upgrade to vs 71.
- Different router ( now a Draytek 2860)
The whole idea is that 4 phones should monitor 5 lamps each behind a 30/3VDSL2 line.
Shouldn’t be that exciting I guessed… oh boy I was wrong.
Thanks in advance!

So by NOT STABLE, do you mean they just cease working after a period of time? All BLFs or just a specific number? All phones? Can you get your hands on a non-modified T26 and test it with v71?

I’m sure you saw this, but they did some optimizations for Broadsoft for BLFs. Who knows?

So did you provide these phones? Or did the provider? What did they change in the firmware? Can you factory reset it to add v71?

By not stable, I mean not showing up at all or giving wrong information about lines being busy.
Yes, i saw that version. The phone is bought from the importer in NL, but autoprovisioned by the provider which gave me a 6.70.188.13 version. The 188 in the number makes it impossible to flash a Yeahlink provided version (info from the importer) and yes, I stubbornly tried it

Sounds like they have you cornered. Do you have SLA’s on your contract with the provider? Cuz this would be a breach.

After sending some mails back and forth (including some wireshark traces) i’m now waiting on a reply from the provider.
