Is there a way to bookmark a spiceworks post so I can quickly go back to it when I need it? I know I can subscribe to it but is there anyway a can create a set of bookmarks which i can organize and categorize like I can i a browser?

Add it to your browser’s bookmarks. There are no bookmark features within the SW forums.

I know it can be done in the browser but then that’s another thing to manage. Then I would have to sync bookmarks across devices. I guess what I am doing is a making a feature request

You’ll have to use the browser option in the meantime. And there are many options which can synchronize bookmarks between browsers. Chrome has that built-in if you log in with a Google account.
It seems that it has been suggested here: http://community.spiceworks.com/feature_request/show/Community/3428
I’m spicing that request.

You could use Pocket, and tag it SpiceWorks.

I used the Help Desk User Portal.
It can be subdivided into different pages, different sections,
and it’s possible to setup internal / external links as well.
It requires a little work, but, it might prove a useful (internal)
workaround.
