Spiceworks is up but they have had some issues with the Protection and might need to fix that for you.

Where are you seeing that? Can you post a screenshot of the screen before that error message?

I went from my Inventory → Network → [some machine] → Software → WinDirStat → “There is currently no description for this product. Help us by adding a description”

When I clicked that link yesterday, trying to add a description, I got the error above. Clicking on it again this morning I get the same.

This is probably an issue internal to your Spiceworks Inventory.

The page the link goes to is https://community.spiceworks.com/purchasing/search?selector_query=WinDirStat&utm_medium=app&… .

Not sure how that would be a problem on my server. It looks to be doing a query on community.spiceworks.com
