For some reason I have one user that every so often loses the ability to print from Adobe Acrobat. The fix for the time being is to remove and re-add. Anyone have a suggestion to what is causing this?

Also the newest fix is to close excel and then it will start printing. Is this microsoft or adobe causing the hangup.

Might have to do with Protected Mode being enabled on start up.

Remove and re-add what, Adobe Acrobat or the printer? Also, is this the full Acrobat or just Acrobat Reader?

What patch are you on? I’d make sure there are no updates from Adobe as a start.
