Hi,

I’ve been using Spiceworks 7.2 with Helpdesk v1 for a long time now. I stayed on Helpdesk v1 as I didn’t like v2 but having seen the release notes for Spiceworks 7.3 I thought i’d install it and give Helpdesk v2 another go.

It’s looking much better and managed to get everything how I want it except I can’t find my vendors anywhere! Before I upgraded I could click on Purchases and then Vendors from the top of the screen but this has disappeared.

How can I view my vendors? We use this daily as it’s where we keep account details of all our vendors…

I’m on version 7.3.00027.

I’ve found that I can manually get to the page by placing /agreements on the end of my URL but there must be a physical button for this hidden away somewhere…

There was a short thread - http://community.spiceworks.com/topic/618202-can-t-find-my-vendors-page-in-7-3-beta - where Jake @Spiceworks mentioned they would be adding it back before the 7.3 release, but that didn’t appear to happen. We are running 7.3.00027 and I am unable to find the link. We have information kept there to reference. I’m just wondering if there is a better place to put that info now. At least I can still get to it with the /agreements inserted in the URL.

I think this is still something that is being worked on, but in the mean time, you can use this plugin to add it back to the NavBar: http://community.spiceworks.com/plugin/1639
