Pls check the attached image, few days before suddenly all users facing this issue.
We have Exchange On premise environment and all users are accessing emails through Internet.
mail.company.com
This error is appearing when every user is trying to search emails “Something went wrong and your search couldn’t be completed ” but they can see all emails after clicking on the below option “Let’s look on your computer instead ”
Note : There is no issue while using emails on personal devices like home laptop, Android / IOS outlook etc and also webmail OWA Is working perfectly.
The error is only appearing on Company devices those are joined to the domain (Laptops & Desktops) and used inside the office. (Mostly used outlook version 2016 and 2019).
Even when users are trying to use Company’s laptops from their personal hotspot or any other public networks in their home they are facing the same problem.
Pls advise, it’s an outlook update issue? if yes, could you please suggest which update is missing for outlook 2016 and 2019.
Thanks

Check your services are running on exchange, I can’t remember which one it is, but one of them is for searching, if everyone is having the issue, this is likely where the problem lies.
What troubleshooting have you done, you’ve posted the issue, but nothing of what you’ve tried or what logs you’ve inspected for clues.
