Here we are again… looking for help

We bought 2 Cisco 8861 phones to use wirelessly. They are going in areas with no ethernet connection. After a HUGE headache, we got one to work correctly, but no matter what I do, I can’t get this second one to connect to CUCM.

We are using CUCM version 11.5, I KNOW IT’S OLD! Don’t get me started . The other phone is succesfully connecting to it. It is connecting to Ubiquiti AP’s (U6-LR) which we manage in house. We have a specific VLAN for Voice (again, working on the other phone), and they are connected to our Radius Wireless set up with MAC accounts in AD

In AD and CUCM, everything matches between the phones and on the phones as well, in regards to settings and such. They are also both DHCP.

I think I found the hiccup, On the phone that refuses to work in Status Message, I’m seeing 'File Not Found: SEP<MACADDRESS>.cnf.xml.sgn, then the next entry is XMLDefault.cnf.xml.sgn(HTTP).

On the working phone it says SEP<MACADDRESS>.cnf.xml.sgn(HTTP)

Clearly a config file issue. I have factory reset the phone to no avail i feel like this broken config file is what’s preventing this phone from contacting the CUCM…

Any assistance is GREATLY appreciated!! Have you tried taking to a location that has ethernet and plugging it in to get the config on it that way?

{"@type":"Person
Greg-Starnes
https://community.spiceworks.com/u/Greg-Starnes"}},{"@type":"Answer
Yes, I’ve tried plugging it in to pull the config, but no luck. . I was able to download the config file on my PC, but I don’t know how to get it on the phone… The phone does have a USB spot, but going that route proved unsuccessful (I don’t know how to access the USB from the phone…if that’s even possible.
