Hi there I have updated the firmware on our cisco switch and added a SNMP community string and added this to spiceworks but spiceworks is still unable to show any info for the switch

can anyone help?

Hello,

I am curious if this was resolved. I am having the same issue with my sg200-50p switches. I originally thought that the problem was with the http login not correctly fetching the info, but when I set up snmp, I have the same problem. Spiceworks tells me it is logging in correctly, but then it still shows no info from switch.
