Alright here’s a toughie that I’ve been fighting with for about month (with cisco and calibrio as well). We have roughly 600 phones in our organization, of those phones seven of them use uccx/aqm for call queue/monitoring functionality. Recently these users have been reporting that several times a day during a call they will hear a beep and then the caller can no longer hear them. The first thing I checked was the “beep on monitoring” setting in cucm and it is set to false across the board. Calibrio insists it has nothing to do with aqm, cisco has checked traces and insists it has nothing to do with uccx or cucm. Has anyone experienced this and found a fix?

We are in a similar situation, we have people working from home so use the Cisco anyconnect VPN to connect to the Mitel Phone system where they receive calls (without the VPN they cannot connect to the Phone system. We have people on WIFI say that they get calls flash up but they cannot answer, but when on Ethernet they are fine. Are your Users at Home or in the office using Ethernet? can be sensitive when people are on WIFI.
