We have staff that use Citrix for remote access. They are connecting to the desktops they use while at the office.
If they log off the station instead of disconnect, they can log in at the station.
If they disconnect and then try to log on locally , the screen stays black and they can not log in until we log them out.
Any ideas?

Where are they logging in from (it sounds so confusing) ??
Any reason you are allowing users to disconnect instead of logging off ?
What does the above mean ??
They are logging in from home taking over their desktop at the office.
When they disconnect from Citrix from home it leaves the screen black on the physical desktop.

Frustrating.
The frustrating thing about Citrix is sometimes issues remain for years.
According to Citrix (with no recent update) the cause is “still under investigation” and the workaround is to “just hit CTRL-Alt-Del twice within 10 seconds to unlock the screen”.

They log in from home. They disconnect from home to come into the office instead of logging off of there workstation. They did not get disconnected they disconnect the session.
