We are currently experiencing the Issue where our client computers, which is, outside of our network, not connecting to the ESET Management centre… I have seen before that it is possible for the Management centre to communicate with computers that was added but not on internal network, but I have no idea how to set it…<\/p>\n
Is there anyone who maybe have a solution to our issue, and what to check or set, etc…?

First of all, you should check ESET Management Agents status on computers outside the internal network.
