We are currently experiencing the Issue where our client computers, which is, outside of our network, not connecting to the ESET Management centre… I have seen before that it is possible for the Management centre to communicate with computers that was added but not on internal network, but I have no idea how to set it…

Is there anyone who maybe have a solution to our issue, and what to check or set, etc…?
(We want to monitor eveyone’s ESET status, even when they are at home.)

It sounds like a firewall issue. Check that TCP port 2222 is allowed as this is what the Agent uses to communicate with the server.
