I’m having issues creating my Clonezilla Server. I’m using this article for reference ( Setup a Clonezilla Server on Ubuntu | geekyprojects.com ).

For one after I install DRBL I run (sudo /opt/drbl/sbin/drblsrv -i) “The command is not recgnised”

If I look in (opt) there is no DRBL folder

There is a similar folder under (/usr/share/drbl/sbin/) but it does not contain the (drblsrv)

I’m stuck here… The only thing i can think of is that I didn’t install DHCP on this server. I cant see why that would affect the install

Also when ever I configuring a static ipadress via terminal i cant connect to the internet after…I’m using a valid IP and the subnet and gateway are fine… should I just do this via GUI?

I’m new to Ubuntu Server BTW.

I would recommend following the installation instructions here for your particular installation of Linux.

Also here is some information about the DHCP issue. You should be fine with your DHCP install on another box.

As far as the internet connection, are you also setting the DNS servers?
