Hi all, we are thrilled to announce the release of a spiced up feature: Add/Delete Attachments is now live in the Cloud Help Desk. This was based on your feedback here in the feature request and we listened! IT Pros can now add or delete an attachment on a ticket that has already been created. Previously you could add/delete on ticket comments, and now you can also do the same on the original ticket description
