While we wait for engineering to update Cloud Help Desk to integrate support for this, we can help you manually and get you up and running with a Premium Plan.
If you wish to pay monthly by credit card and are tax-exempt, please follow the instructions below
- Within your Cloud Help Desk account, go to Settings → Billing
- Click Add Credit Card
- Enter the credit card and address information
- Send an email to support (support@spiceworks.com) with the following information
- Subject line: Tax Exemption with credit card
- Email Address of the admin who added the credit card
- Company Name
- Tax exemption paperwork
- We will process the tax exemption request and confirm back via your support ticket when the tax exemption has been added to your account.
- Click Upgrade
- Confirm tax is calculated as $0.00
- Submit payment
If you have already contacted our support team about tax exemption and sent over your paperwork, please reply to that support ticket when you have added the credit card information.

Is there a way to get a quote so that I can send it for approval? I can hold out for a bit longer on the month-by-month, but tax exempt and getting a quote is huge. Thank you.

I sent the email with necessary info and paperwork to support three weeks ago and have still not had non-profit status applied to my account. Every week I check with support. I wonder if anyone else is having this kind of delay?

Hi @julie987, Thank you for your patience. We are currently experiencing a high volume of requests which is causing a delay for all our users. I’m going to follow up with our finance team today to ask that they prioritize your case. I will let you know as soon as I have an update.
