this is my question:
why i can ping from host to guest but not viceversa, the guest can ping all other equiments on the lan,even the virtual switch address, except the hv host.
no firewall active
no antivirus blocking

If you can ping from host to guest, you have two-way communication.
If the ping reply is not showing up on the guest when you ping the host, something is blocking it. Either the host is not answering or the guest is not accepting the reply.
Based on the information you’ve provided, I’m going to take a wild guess and say you have your networks misaligned (wrong ranges or masks).
they are on same subnet 192.168.0.x/24
i will unistall the antivirus, to see if it has something to do with it, but i checked the configuration and dont see anything blocking the subnet or port.

Welcome to the community!! Check that the firewall of the Hyperv Host allows ICMP (Can be done by the Antivirus) or your Hyperv is using a different virtual network adapter for this. See this as well:
