hi guys im litle confuse of whatever call this feeling…next month hopefully im leaving our country to work in the other country. so from here i am computer technician/network admin/helpdesk ,here now in other country ill be working also as a computer technician the difference is here im doing the troubleshoot of computer if badly needed & most of the time installing app,maintaining the system,update of server,workflow in production,back up of database but there in new my job most of the time i guess need to to a troubleshoot in real time hahahahhaha

Don’t forget that even if you can’t install the spiceworks application, you can still come to the community.

Moving to a new organization can be tough. Give it a few weeks to learn their standard procedures, commonly seen issues, and infrastructure. Don’t stress if you don’t get it all the first day. Just stay positive and always be learning.
On a personal note, don’t ask how to do the same thing twice. That always bothered me when training someone. Take notes on everything if they don’t have everything documented already.

thanks for all this reply guys,i will always stay in touch with this community…,anyway from here im still doing documentation for someone who will be here in to continue what i had started… i must be thankfull to SPICEWORKS… for helping our system to make easy to identify and monitor our computers and activities here…
