Hi Guys,

At our business with we have about 20 users, some using Windows 10 machines provided by the business and some remote users using their own, the same can be said for mobile devices. We use Office 365 for email, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams, etc. We are considering using Intune to provide us with some additional security features and device management. I am soon going to be getting all users to sign in to their computers using their O365 credentials, instead of local accounts (we have no AD Domain).

We currently, use MS Business Basic/Standard licenses for our users. My question is can Intune do what we need without requiring Azure AD Premium P1? I know this comes with the Business Premium plan but it’s more expensive. What does having both Azure AD Premium P1 and Intune provide that having Intune on its own does not based on the current setup?

Any advice would be much appreciated!!

Cheers

Trevor

I haven’t looked in a while, but I believe that if you buy Intune you get AD Premium P1 licenses included.

@kelly-for-trusted-tech-team may be able to help better with that question.

Thanks guys appreciate the help. I had a quick look in O365 and found the following, so perhaps you need at least Enterprise Mobility + Security E3, unless you go with Business Premium…
