I have 2 windows servers 2019 and a 2022 that will not connect to the cloud EDR console at all. I have tried everything that I can read about it. Opened ports 8081, 443 and 555 on my firewall and on the firewall on the servers too. I have other mac’s and win 11 machines that connect just fine. I have reloaded and uninstalled and reload the app several times. I have run out of idea’s on this.

Do the servers attempt the connection?
restart the service and use netstat to view the outgoing connections - do you see any sessions attempted on those ports to the cloud EDR?

The fortiedr agent is likely to log - and that may indicate the issue. I’m not familiar with Fotiedr but others do this and usually say cannot connect to xxx or unable to resolve hostname etc etc

Are these servers on the same subnet/lan as the working win 11 machines? does your firewall allow all ports out by default?
Does the firewall log the connection attmept by these servers?
