I would send whoever hosted the contest a private message. People make mistakes, and sometimes aren’t aware that you didn’t get your goodies.

There’s a lot of contests so I’m sure some get lost in the shuffle. I’ve won a few things over the years, sometimes they come really quickly and other times it takes awhile, especially if there were a lot of prizes given out for a given contest. As others have said, just contact the person who set up the contest.

Yeah, PM whoever organized the contest. I’ve seen things get lost in the mail before. Had an HP Tablet “disappear” from a FedEx truck before.

I contacted the person who set up the contest… and they said they would get me an answer the next day. It has been thirty days… and three months since I won the contest.

I had contest stuff take ages to get to me. Only thing I never got was from a not-spiceworks webinar. Spiceworks has always given me what they promised when I’ve won.

For the record said prize I never got was an rc car that was iPhone controlled.

I’ve had a prize get delayed before. Once I shot a message over to the Spiceworker who had posted the contest, I got it within a couple of days. No harm in reaching out to find out what the status is.

I can tell you that sometimes there is a delay on the shipping, I won a quadrocopter in one of the contests and it look two or three months to get it to me. It has a lot to do with how the contest is being run and when / if the vendor is sending out the goodies or Spiceworks is managing it. the few other items I have won I got right away.

I’ve always received my stuff from Spiceworks. Other vendors may take a while, but I haven’t had any issues.

No, never. And I’ve won several. In fact, I even received a couple prizes I was not aware that I won.

Try sending a private PM to the contest sponsor (again). Your emails may have slipped through the cracks. The individuals at Spiceworks are busy folks.

I won the Terminator pack from a webinar a few months ago. I waited for a long time before pm’ing Emily (Spiceworks) and received the Fedex tracking number. Apparently Fedex had the wrong address and held it locally for a few weeks and were about to return it to the sender before I simply went and picked it up.

Point being, get the tracking number

I have won a lot of swag and got every single item. Do you really need to start a new thread regarding the matter? Message one of the event contacts and I am sure they will help otherwise suck it up big boy instead of creating a support forum for victimized swag winners which would have been a much better title…IMO

I wish I had thought of your title before I used mine. I will get with you next time to jazz up my post titles.
