From CHD, from view of a support ticket I would like to be able to create a new knowledge base article containing all the notes already in the ticket, as a single editable block, within some kind of decent editor widget so I can clean up the text into KB format without having to cut & paste. It would also be helpful if a hyperlink back to the original ticket could be appended to the end to this block of text. Also could be helpful to prompt user to include attachments (or not) to be carried over to the KB article.
