Justa quick one, is there anyway to create usefull how to guides for use of the community and for local helpdesk? I saw one the other day that someone appeared to create and thought it would be a good idea if we can create some for in house use and maybe even expose to the SW community.

We just started using the kb for our users. It’s working well and now I don’t have my fellow it mates trying to use contacts in Google as a kb. That’s a good thing.
